Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
For thousands of abused and abandoned animals, this is home. On any given day, there are about 1,500 dogs, cats and other animals who have come to the sanctuary for special care from shelters and rescue groups all across the country. Many of them will soon ready to go to new homes with loving families. Others find lifetime care here at the nation's largest sanctuary. For them, Best Friends is a unique home and haven. There's just nothing else like it anywhere. And it's not just a sanctuary for animals. About 20,000 people visit here every year from all over the world.

Caring For Creatures
Caring For Creatures is a not-for-profit foundation established in 1987 and dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment in which to rehabilitate and re-home abandoned, neglected, abused, or otherwise homeless dogs and cats. They providing a lifetime home, if necessary, for animals that are elderly, disabled, and/or have a chronic condition requiring specialized care. You can also adopt cats and dogs that need a loving home.

Feathered Friends Forever
Feathered Friends Forever provide a loving, life long care home for tropical birds. They take in all types of Tropical Birds needing care and are the largest privately owned rescue/refuge in Georgia and one of the largest rescue/refuges in the nation dedicated to improving the lives of parrots as pets.

The Farm Sanctuary
In 1986, Gene and Lorri Bauston found a living sheep abandoned on a stockyard "deadpile." They rescued the sheep, named her Hilda, and created Farm Sanctuary. Within ten years, Farm Sanctuary became the nation’s largest farm animal rescue and protection organization.
